La Piccarda is produced in the low-lying area of the farmland, right in front of the cellar. This time, not just the Vermentino variety is used, but also a 10% Albarola which grants freshness to the wine.
The outcome is a very sapid and elegant wine, pleasant to the taste, with good acidity and low alcohol content
