This 100% Vermentino wine is uniquely produced with ligurian clones and grows in one of the best exposed areas of the farm’s vineyards. After a 24 hours maceration on the skins and stainless-steel vats ageing with little to none action, Casa Salani is ready to be tasted: it has great impact and good acidity, with mineral notes which complement fruity scents, among which apple stands out.
